Individuals have unlimited access to our experienced Career Planning Consultants. Consultants advise on search strategy, resumes, interviewing, job offer negotiation and research – providing expertise and knowledge to help keep individuals on track throughout their career transition.

Career Education:

A series of facilitated workshops are provided every week to guide individuals through the process of forward planning and the development of knowledge and skills vital to gaining insight to their life and career throughout their transition.

Research Resources:

NEXCareer's team of "executive search trained" research professionals have compiled the most comprehensive job market research resource in the marketplace, which can be accessed via NEXCareer.com or at the NEXCareer Centre.

Internet
Online Office

NEXCareer's Internet "Online Office" provides clients access to their personal files, calendar, career building tools and research resource, anywhere at anytime through an Internet-connected computer.

Program information and technical support may be accessed remotely via our 1-888 phone number. This "support line" is staffed Monday to Friday by NEXCareer's knowledgeable Customer Care Team.

Career Workbook:

Contains all of the basic information and guidelines used within our career transition programs to further learning, and to provide added context for career coaching sessions.

NEXCareer Centre:

NEXCareer's operating hub, located in Midtown Toronto, provides convenient subway and parking access to private offices, Internet workstations, meeting rooms, spacious windowed classrooms, an extensive resource library and Internet Café.

Technology:

State-of-the-art technology supplied by DELL and XEROX is available throughout the NEXCareer Centre, delivering High-speed Internet access to the Online Office and a suite of Microsoft Office programs.
